Returns/Refunds Terms and Conditions

• If you are dissatisfied with the items and notify us within 30 days of receiving them, we will refund or replace them.
• Visible damage, abuse, and normal wear and tear are not covered by the guarantee. Such items will only be returned to the sender, with shipping charges assessed and billed.
• Within 7 days after receipt, returns are typically refunded. We will issue a refund as soon as the returns are processed.
• Some items may be sold with a ‘Limited Warranty.’ The conditions of this warranty are often listed in the product specifications. Any flaws that are not covered by the limits are not covered.
• Products sold with a “no return” policy are non-returnable. This would have been made apparent in the product specifications. This does not imply that they have a high return rate, but rather that the manufacturer has chosen not to provide a guarantee due to the cheap value or sensitive nature of the goods.
• Any tampering with items renders the manufacturer’s warranty void.

Restrictions on Age

If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to purchase any age-restricted items from our website.

We strictly enforce UK legislation prohibiting the sale of knives (including any bladed items), crossbows, BB guns, and/or slingshots to anyone under the age of 18. As a result, we guarantee that all clients purchasing knives, swords, crossbows, BB guns, and/or slingshots are of legal drinking age in the United Kingdom (18 years old).

By placing a purchase on this website, you authorize an identification check to be undertaken to ensure that you are above the age of 18. We accomplish this in a variety of methods, which are outlined below. If you are not on the public electoral register, we will need to see evidence of identification.

This check will not validate the age of some clients in a tiny number of circumstances. If this applies to you, we will contact you for more information to prove you are over the age of eighteen. To avoid selling to anybody under the age of 18, we take the following precautions:

1) Determine whether your name appears on the public edition of the electoral roll at your delivery address. If we find a match, your order will be processed and shipped if the addresses are the same at both locations. If not, we will still want evidence of age, particularly if we detect two distinct names on your order. We will want evidence of age from both parties.

Typically, we would want a scan or photo of an official ID document that clearly indicates your name and date of birth. We only accept the following types of identification.

To guarantee that your order is handled as soon as possible, please supply just your full name (no nicknames or abbreviations) and the address where your credit card is registered. A different delivery address can be specified on the checkout page. Please keep in mind that we may need proof of address if it differs from your billing address.

If you fail to comply with our conditions or are reluctant to produce evidence of age after the purchase has been placed, a restocking fee of 20%, limited at £5, will be taken from your refund. It takes us time and effort to perform these checks, and this helps to offset the expenses. We may be obligated to alert the police in certain cases.

After the order has been processed, all documentation or photo communications received are destroyed. If you are unable to email or scan evidence of your age, please send a photo at info@aaenterprises.co.uk.

Returning Customers

We will only ask for identification once per customer. You are not needed to show your age again if you place another order under the same account to the same address with the same name. Your order will be instantly processed.

Your shipping and billing addresses must be the same. If you change addresses, we will demand updated identification as well as the new address data.

We accept a letter on letterhead from any utility provider, a phone bill, or a bank statement, among other things.
