If your order includes no age-restricted items

If your order does not contain any age-restricted items, we will not demand identification to fulfil your order.

If your order includes age-restricted items

We are obligated by law to verify a customer’s age in compliance with UK regulations. To verify your age and identity, we demand a legal document with your photo and date of birth, such as a driver’s license, passport, or, in rare situations, a gun or shotgun certificate. Otherwise, we must be able to locate your specific name and address on the public electoral record. This entails comparing the information you supply to a national database of adults over the age of 18 only. For this purpose, we must locate an exact match at your address. If you are sending a present to relatives or friends, we request a copy of their identification. “We reserve the right to report to law enforcement any orders that appear to be an effort to violate the law or that raise other issues for us.” We have the right to reject any order at our discretion.

Process of providing your ID

• Simply take a picture of your license or passport with your mobile phone and send it to info@aaenterprises.co.uk to complete the procedure.
• After verifying your details, our warehouse staff will ship your purchase.
• If you have already placed an order with us, we will not need to verify your identification unless your address or other personal information changes.

Please note that we retain the right to cancel your transaction and reimburse you minus a 20% restocking charge maximum of £5 if you reject or are unable to comply with our age checks or do not show proof of age when requested.
